I'm Susan Stirling, I am a trauma sensitive certified coached. My work is rooted in lived experience, applied neuroscience, and the quiet courage it takes to heal—especially later in life.
I didn’t set out to make a big shift in the second half of my life, I simply followed the unraveling of my own story—through childhood trauma, life-altering falls, and the surprising beauty of getting back up again.
