Hello, I'm Susan Stirling.

I have worn a lot of hats over the years, business partner, coach, spiritual worker, teammate and sometimes all of them in the same week.  I have walked alongside individuals finding their footing, couples navigating change, businesses chasing big dreams, and nonprofits working to make a difference.  Each connection has left its mark on me, shaping not just the work I did but the person I  became.  And if there’s one thing I’ve learned—it’s that the journey changes you, Today I have aligned myself to work and values that support where I am today.  I am continuing in coaching working towards my certification  as a NeuroTransformational Coach.  I work with individuals  who are navigating change utilizing tools that empower individuals  as they uncover their stories so that they can  build a life rooted in clarity, resilience, and personal truth.

After decades in communication coaching, I shifted toward a deeper, more integrative approach that draws on neuroscience, creativity, and somatic practices. My work is grounded in lived experience, academic training, and a profound belief in the human capacity for growth—especially after adversity.

My own  healing journey began later in life. In my 50s, I uncovered layers of childhood trauma that helped explain so much of my inner world. It wasn’t linear or easy. In fact, it took falling—literally and metaphorically—to see things clearly.

In 2020, the pandemic surfaced trauma responses that had long been buried in my body and brain. In 2023, I left the clinic setting I had worked in for over a decade, and not long after, I experienced two serious physical falls that resulted in multiple surgeries. I spiraled, both emotionally and physically. But that season of falling taught me what no textbook could: how to roll.

I read a line in an article that stayed with me—In sports, the first thing a good coach teaches is how to fall, how to roll, and how to use that momentum to get back up. Thanks, Coach Chris.
That idea became my mantra: The Art of Falling.

It wasn’t just about injury. It was about understanding how my nervous system, history, and choices were all connected. And slowly, with support, I began to reconnect with myself, reframe my story, and rise again.

Now, I walk alongside others who are untangling their own complex histories—especially those navigating patterned self abandonment, undue influence, or religious trauma. I believe in small steps, safe connections, and the power of living from the inside out.

Healing is possible in every season of life.n Let’s walk this journey together.
